The £12.5 million Vincent will be one of the UK’s most impressive new conference and meeting venues when it opens in Spring 2008 on Lord Street, Southport’s Parisienne boulevard.
The “cool and contemporary”60-bedroom hotel will attract events of up to 200 delegates to the area, and its events space, which is ideal for agm’s, conferences, seminars, product launches, board meetings and training days, can already be seen on the hotel’s website (www.thevincenthotel.com).
The 200-seat V-Grand Galleria main event space spans the entire width of the first floor of the hotel, complementing the Vincent’s versatile break-out meeting rooms, hi-spec bedrooms, penthouse and spa, and its atmospheric ground-floor Café-Deli. The Vincent also has the latest in conference presentation and communications equipment, including Wi-Fi, modems, data projection screens, overhead document scanners, and video and tele-conferencing facilities.
